What this means is that you can Google or Youtube the terms, ‘nutrition’ and ‘fitness’ and you’ll come across thousands of pages explaining “How-to” eat right or do exercise. Well, a monkey can demonstrate push-ups and your dog, “Spike”, can go on morning jogs with you.
Primal Platoon™ is all about strategy. Strategy in timing, strategy in managing your hectic lifestyle, and strategy in sustaining your wellness…for the long-term.
So while everyone out there is trying to make a quick buck showing you how to do push-ups and cook carrot-burgers, Primal Platoon™ actually gives a damn about the end-game and this site will prove exactly that!
….And yes, this site was created by a Soldier (yours truly) and the concepts apply to service-members; but there’s more to it than just that. It actually started as a graduate-school project intended for the corporate audience, busy professionals that is. The underlying message behind the entire concept though is of Warrior-Inspired Wellness. This message needs to be heard by all.
