Primal Platoon Workshops & Our Approach to Wellness

Diet

“Just stay under X amount of calories, and we’ll be healthy & fit in no time.” Right?

Ahhh….Not really!

Celebrities and fitness models make “healthy & fit” look as easy as swallowing a pill or picking the right diet.  And we buy it….hook, line, and sinker.

Since nutrition and fitness are the building blocks of wellness, we approach it as something more than a pill or a formula. To us, it’s a behavior……and it’s also a skill that can be improved.

We’re not about “just doing it”. We’re about knowing how to do it first, then strategically getting it done. After all, a healthy heart is only possible through a healthy mind.

Healthy brain

As busy professionals, citizen-soldiers, or busy parents, we have one thing in common: We’re leaders of hectic lifestyles.  And sometimes, in trying to conquer the world, it’s usually our health that’s sacrificed first.

The Primal Platoon “product” is not a quick-fix designed for maximum profit.  Through lifestyle assessment, planning, and our nutrition & fitness strategies, our transfer of knowledge is designed to equip learners with life-long wellness skills.

With these skills, they’ll no longer have to rely on the fantasy of fitness products or fad-diets.
